Code of Ethics

The Company requires all employees to discipline themselves by providing achievements that will be evaluated by the Company at all times such as punctuality and attendance, consistent daily work, obeying instructions from the head of department, working in harmony with colleagues and always being concerned about their own safety and the safety of other employees. Maintaining a high standard of quality in their work performance to achieve targeted productivity.

As an Employee

  • Must at all times in seminars organized by the Company be a team that provides unwavering loyalty and high commitment to the Company.
  • Must not behave to bring external/personal problems that may bring things that affect your official duties.
  • Must not behave in a way that involves the Company in your dispute.
  • Not behaving in any way that can be interpreted as an act of disobedience.
  • Must keep confidential all transactions, accounts, dealing information, business dealings involving the Company and any other Company that the Company will deal with.
  • Must dress in a neat/polite and formal manner so as not to affect the Company's image or influence other employees.

No Gifts Policy

Employees must inform the Human Resources Department immediately of any gifts received from any source (other than friends or relatives) whether personal in the form of money, goods, freebies and other personal benefits.

Exception: Normal New Year gifts such as calendars, diaries and other materials not exceeding RM100 must be accepted without informing the Company/human resources.

Conducting Outside Employment/Business

The Company's strict policy, without the written consent of the Company conduct work with another Company/other person. Employees are not allowed to serve as directors or employees, paid by other Companies. This rule applies at all times, even if an employee is on annual leave.

Permission is also required before working on any unpaid voluntary outside work involving individuals in any office-related duties.

Company Records and Information

Employees may not discuss, disclose, at any time during your employment with the Company or any subsequent employment, any trade secret, business or information of or relating to the Company's trade that you know or have in your possession while attending Company-organized employee training (such as lecture notes, course materials, etc.) that is copyrighted by the Company and may not be published or copied in any manner whatsoever without the prior written permission of Human Resources.

Company Copyright Ownership

All materials in the form of; course notes, slide books, software, artwork, designs, systems, etc. where incomplete materials that are produced while performing duties whether derived from actual work assignments or special Company assignments will remain the property of the Company and will be kept confidential and employees must surrender all materials before leaving the organization.

Disciplinary Action

If the Company considers that an employee has failed to perform his routine duties efficiently, further action, a warning letter will be given during the investigation, should be taken against him.

After two written warnings are issued at a period of not less than three months/not more than two years, the Company reserves the right to terminate the service of an employee and alternatively to withhold any increment to which the employee is entitled.

Right of Appeal

An employee facing any disciplinary action as provided for in the employee policy regulations, has the right to appeal to the Company's directors before giving a final decision.

Director's Decision

Depending on the nature of the incompetence, such as disciplinary misconduct, negligence, negligence, etc. The Company will take disciplinary action against the employee concerned as follows:

Give him a verbal or written warning.
b
Suspend him from his routine duties without pay for a period to be determined by the Director.

Withhold salary increment for a period to be determined by the Director.
d
Stop payment of declared bonuses such as annual bonus, Company profit bonus.
e
Dismiss the employee with one month's notice or pay in lieu of notice.
f
Place him on a lower salary or demote him or seriously dismiss him in case of breach of trust or other serious offenses.
